The B-I-N shellac primer sealer is designed for superior adhesion and stain blocking on a wide range of interior surfaces. This shellac based formula seals porous materials and blocks tough stains such as water smoke ink and tannin bleed while also locking in odors from fire and pets. Manufactured by Zinsser this primer bonds to glossy surfaces without sanding and dries quickly to allow fast recoating. Part # 00901. The 1-gallon size is ideal for priming drywall wood plaster masonry and other surfaces where a strong base coat is needed before painting.
