2-in x 10-in x 12-ft #1 UC4B Heavy Duty Critical Structure Ground Contact Treated Lumber

Code: 21012T1CS

Description

This 2-in x 10-in x 12-ft #1 Pressure-Treated Southern Yellow Pine Lumber features a .23 MCA heavy-duty preservative treatment for demanding structural applications and harsh environments. Rated AWPA UC4B Heavy Duty Ground Contact, this lumber has a higher preservative retention than standard ground-contact material and is engineered for applications where long-term durability and structural performance are critical.

The UC4B Heavy Duty treatment makes this lumber an excellent choice for docks, marine environments, ground burial, critical structural components, and areas subject to salt-water splash.

The wider 2x10 profile is well suited for applications requiring larger structural members, including dock framing, joists, beams, and other heavy-duty outdoor construction when specified by the project design. Designed for severe exposure conditions, it provides enhanced protection for permanent structural applications where standard ground-contact treated lumber may not provide the level of protection required.
