Tower Tech² Clear is a one-component, high-performance acrylic urethane elastomeric sealant engineered to form a flexible, airtight, and water-resistant seal on a wide range of substrates. Its premium internally plasticized formula delivers excellent adhesion and durability, while resisting dirt pickup, yellowing, and "shiners" over time. Tower Tech² can handle significant movement in joints (up to ±25 % total movement) and stretches up to 800 % without failing, making it ideal for sealing around windows, doors, trim, siding, masonry, and other building materials.
