Description
The CPS is a composite plastic standoff base designed for use both indoors and outdoors. The CPS attaches to the bottom of the solid wood column and to concrete with threaded rod and epoxy. The CPS series is load rated and available in shapes to match a variety of column sizes.
Post and column bases secure the bottom of posts or columns to concrete and are ideal for deck framing, patio covers, fencing, and other exterior structures. Models are available for installation into existing hardened concrete, wet concrete, and wood surfaces. By elevating the post above the concrete surface, the CPS6 prevents water from wicking into the wood, significantly improving service life.
