INSL-X Prime Lock Plus Alkyd White Interior/Exterior Primer/Sealer 1 Quart
Description
It provides excellent adhesion to glossy finishes and helps block water stains, smoke damage, tannin, and common household stains while preventing bleed-through.
Prime Lock Plus provides excellent enamel holdout without raising wood grain and can be top-coated with either latex or alkyd finish coats.
Use it on properly prepared plaster, drywall, wood, and previously painted or varnished surfaces, or as a primer under wall coverings for easier positioning and removal.
