This solvent based formula seals porous materials and blocks tough stains such as water smoke tannin nicotine and rust to create a uniform base for topcoats. Manufactured by Insl-X this primer dries quickly and can be recoated in about two hours making it ideal for fast project completion. Part # RO3000099.

The 1-gallon size covers approximately 325 to 425 square feet depending on surface conditions and is suitable for drywall plaster wood masonry and previously painted surfaces.
