Tower Tech² Black is a premium one-component acrylic urethane elastomeric sealant engineered to provide flexible, long-lasting, and weather-resistant sealing performance on both interior and exterior surfaces. Its internally plasticized formula offers excellent adhesion and durability, resists dirt pickup, yellowing, and paint “shiners,” and forms a water-resistant, airtight bead capable of accommodating joint movement caused by expansion and contraction. Tower Tech² Black is ideal for sealing around windows, doors, trim, siding, masonry, and more where a black finish integrates with darker materials and architectural accents. (TS-00169)
