Tower Tech² Tan is a premium one-component, gun-grade acrylic urethane elastomeric sealant engineered to form a flexible, long-lasting airtight and water-resistant bead on a variety of substrates. Its internally plasticized resin eliminates yellowing and “shiners,” resists dirt pickup, and provides superior adhesion to concrete, wood, masonry, metal, vinyl, and more without the need for primer. With excellent flexibility and elongation, Tower Tech² Tan maintains performance through joint movement and harsh weather conditions, making it ideal for interior and exterior sealing around windows, doors, siding, trim, and expansion joints.
